Can I select text in the compressed PDF?

Usually yes. The tool first shrinks fonts and images without changing the layout. Only when the KB limit is too low for that, pages are converted to images.

Why is my PDF still above the limit?

Some PDFs have many pages or high-quality scans. Try fewer pages, scan at a lower quality, or raise the KB limit if the form allows it.

How many pages can I compress?

Up to 60 pages at a time. Larger files may take a little longer on slower phones.
